Clara B. Lewis

Clara B. Lewis, age 84, of Gainesville, GA, passed away on Friday, April 26, 2019, of an extended illness.

Clara was a loving wife and mother to her family and many others that came to know her as simply, Mama Lewis.   Those that knew and loved her best know she loved to sing, dance, and play pranks all to bring joy and happiness to those around her.  She is preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Calvin C. Lewis.

Clara is survived by her children, Joey (Vicki) Lewis and Bryan (Sharon) Lewis of Gainesville, GA, Shelia (Tim) Barrett of Melbourne, FL, and Tina (Royce) Garrett of Cleveland, GA; Grandchildren, Jody (Shanda) Lewis of Demorest, GA, Sandy (Adam) Hobbs of Flowery Branch, GA, Katy (Matt) Mitchell of Dahlonega, GA, Jonathan (Tanya) Moore of Rockwell, NC , Tiffany Garrett of Cleveland, GA; Great-grandchildren, Taylor and Chelsey Lewis, Shyanne Hobbs, Kelsey, Jax, and Ryker Mitchell, Tanner Garrett, and many other loving nieces, nephews, relatives, and dear friends.
