Elizabeth Ann Davis

Funeral services for, Elizabeth Ann Davis age 82 of Clermont will be held at 3:00 pm Sunday January 18, 2015 in Strickland Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be from 1:00 pm  until the funeral hour. The Rev. Glen Cox will officiate. Mrs. Davis died Friday January 16, 2015 at her residence. She is precede in death by her husband, Charlie Homer Davis and her daughter, Gina Davis. Mrs. Davis taught school at Chestnut Mountain, Chicopee, South Hall and North Hall. Mrs. Davis graduated from Chattahoochee High School in Clermont, Ga.and the university of Georgia. She was a member Concord Baptist Church. She is survived by her daughters, Melinda Hyder,  of  Clermont and Julia Cook of Athens, her Grandsons, Chase Hyder and Anderson Cook, her Granddaughter, Dr. Callie Cook Barnwell.
