Geneva Couch
d. June 18, 2018
Geneva Gilstrap Couch, age 90, of Clermont passed away on June 18, 2018. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 21, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. at Shoal Creek Baptist Church, Cleveland, Ga. Reverend Joe Vernon will officiate. Interment will be in the Wahoo Baptist Church Cemetery following the service. The family will receive friends Wednesday, June 20, 2018, from 5-8 p.m. at Strickland Funeral Home in Clermont, Ga.
Geneva was born on November 27, 1927, to Clyde and Willie Harrison Gilstrap. Geneva was preceded in death by her parents, and by her husband Hoyt Couch. She is survived by her daughters; Brenda Gunter, Deborah Couch and Donna Couch. Geneva is also survived by three grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. The family would like to express special thanks and appreciation to care giver Audrey Collins.
