Harry Dee Hughes Jr.

Mr. Harry Dee Hughes Jr., 76, of Clermont, Ga., died on Sunday, November 2, 2025.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.  The Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, November 6, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. in Strickland Funeral Home Chapel, Chaplain Zachary Lauersdorf will officiate the service.  Interment will be the following day, Friday, November 7, 2025 at 1:00 p.m., Georgia National Cemetery, 1080 Scott Hudgens Drive, Canton Ga.

Mr. Hughes is preceded in death by his father and mother Harry Dimmett Hughes Sr. and Anna Bell Reed Hughes, by his brothers Dimmett Hughes and Eugene Hughes.

Mr. Hughes is survived by his children Jennifer Miller (Lesley Lanter), Bryan Hughes (Kelly Myers), his grandchildren Taran Miller, Samantha "Chase" Miller, and Caitlin Myers.  W. R. Strickland & Sons, Clermont, Ga.
