Jacob Tyler Donaldson-Passmore

Jacob Tyler Donaldson-Passmore, age 25, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Tuesday, August 20, 2019.  Jacob was an exceptional young man that was loved by everyone that knew him and will be deeply missed. He is preceded in death by his “Poppa”, George Broome.  He is survived by his Mother, Linda Fay Passmore, Gavin David Nathaniel Passmore (Brother), Sierra Leone Passmore (Niece), Liam Nathaniel Arnez Passmore (Nephew), Marie Broome (Grandmother) and Steve Palmer (Uncle).  Jacob also leaves behind Great Aunts, Cousins, and many cherished friends. 
Funeral arrangements are at Strickland Funeral Home in Clermont, GA. Visitation will be Friday, August 23 from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm with service in chapel on Saturday, August 24 beginning at 2:00 pm. Interment will follow at Westview cemetery in Lula, GA.  The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to help with funeral arrangements to Strickland Funeral Home.
