James Edward Burke

James Edward Burke, age 83, of Gainesville, Ga died on Sunday, April 4, 2021.  Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 8, 2021, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at W.R. Strickland & Sons Funeral Home, Clermont Ga.  Interment will follow on a later date in Moberly, Mo. by Patton Funeral Home, in Huntsville, Mo.  The family request that social distancing and Covid guidelines are followed.
Mr. Burke is survived by his wife of 60 years, Joan Mayo Burke, his sons M. Scott Burke and Todd (Eufemia) A. Burke. Two grandchildren, and two brothers Wallace C. Burke and John Burke.
