Marcia Partee Strickland

Marcia Partee Strickland, of Dahlonega, Ga. died on April 7, 2021, at Northeast Georgia Medical Center after a sudden illness. A Graveside Service will be held on Sunday, April 11, 2021, at 2:00 p.m., in Alta Vista Cemetery, Gainesville, Ga. She was a great mother, grandmother, great grandmother, friend, and true southern lady. Our family appreciates the outpouring of love prayers and support.

Marcia was preceded in death by her son, William Robert Strickland Jr.

Marcia is survived by her sons, Russ (Teri) Strickland, Jon Strickland, and Bryan (Shannon) Strickland all of Gainesville.  Her grandchildren, Lauryn (Sam) White, Lindsey Strickland, Sloan (Megan) Strickland, Heather Strickland all of Gainesville, Chase (Mary Elle) Strickland, United States Army, Fort Benning, Ga., and Cole Strickland, United States Coast Guard, San Diego, Ca., her great-grandchildren, Charlotte White, Katherine White, and Brooks Strickland.
